Digital Goods
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales on SkinBazaar are final. Refunds will not be provided for completed transactions unless required by applicable law.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

Non-Delivery of Purchased Skin: If the purchased skin was not delivered to your account due to a system error, and our internal records confirm that the transaction was completed on our platform but the item was not successfully transferred, you may be eligible for a refund. Before requesting a refund, users should ensure they have checked their account inventory and verified that the item was not received. If a delivery failure is confirmed, a refund or redelivery of the skin may be processed at the discretion of SkinBazaar.
- b. Significant Discrepancy Between the Received Skin and Its Description: If the skin you receive is significantly different from the description displayed on our platform, you may be eligible for a refund. This includes cases where the item has a different wear condition, pattern, float value, or other key attributes that substantially differ from what was advertised. Users must provide clear evidence, such as screenshots and transaction details, to support their claim.
- c. Technical Issue Caused by SkinBazaar: If a verified technical issue on the SkinBazaar platform directly affects the transaction, preventing the successful completion of the purchase or causing an unintended loss of funds or items, a refund may be granted. This applies to cases such as system malfunctions, payment processing errors, or other platform-related technical failures. Users must report the issue within the specified refund request timeframe and cooperate with our support team to resolve the matter.
Requesting a Refund
Timeframe
All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the transaction.
Process
To request a refund, contact our support team at info@skinbazaar.com with the following details:
- Order ID associated with the purchase.
- Description of the issue explaining why a refund is being requested.
- Proof of payment to verify the transaction.
Verification
Our team will review your request and may require additional information or screenshots to confirm the issue before processing a refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- a. Buyer’s Remorse or Change of Mind: Refunds will not be granted simply because a user has changed their mind or no longer wants the purchased skin. All transactions are final once completed.
- b. Misuse or Unauthorized Use of the Purchased Skin: If the skin has been modified, transferred, resold, or used in any way that goes against our Terms and Conditions, we will not process a refund.
- c. Issues Caused by Third-Party Software or Account Restrictions: SkinBazaar is not responsible for any issues that arise due to third-party software, unauthorized modifications, or the banning, locking, or restriction of a user’s game account. If a user’s account is suspended or banned by the game publisher or another external party, we are unable to offer a refund for any skins purchased through our platform.
- d. Failure to Meet System or Compatibility Requirements: We do not provide refunds for skins or transactions affected by user-side technical issues, such as unstable internet connections, compatibility problems, or unsupported devices.
- e. User Negligence or Mistaken Purchases: If a user accidentally purchases the wrong skin, enters incorrect trade details, or fails to review an order before completing a transaction, the purchase remains final and non-refundable.
- f. Fraudulent or Abusive Refund Requests: Any attempt to exploit the refund process, submit fraudulent claims, or abuse our support system may result in account restrictions and a permanent ban from SkinBazaar. Users submitting false refund claims may also be subject to legal action.
Returns Policy
Digital Products
Returns are not applicable to digital goods, as they are transferred immediately upon purchase and cannot be reversed. Since digital transactions are finalized at the moment of confirmation, they cannot be undone, making returns impossible.
Resale Option
If you are unsatisfied with a purchase, you may list the item for resale on SkinBazaar in accordance with our platform rules. This allows users to recover their funds by selling the item to another buyer within the marketplace. All resales must comply with SkinBazaar’s Terms and Conditions, and prices for resale listings are set at the discretion of the seller.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, SkinBazaar will act as a mediator between the buyer and seller to reach a resolution. We will review transaction records, available evidence, and any relevant user communications before making a decision. SkinBazaar reserves the right to make the final decision regarding refund eligibility and dispute outcomes. Users agree that our resolution decisions are binding and final in all cases.
